Morning Yoga with Anna

Anna was introduced to yoga as a child and it has now become an integral part of her daily life.  After twenty years as a primary school teacher she undertook her 500 hours yoga teacher training at The Devon School of Yoga under Duncan Hulin and now dedicates her time to teaching yoga.

Anna believes in a mindful practice meaning full awareness of the physical, mental and emotional state whilst moving. Her style of teaching is genuine and caring with a sense of fun – please leave your ego at the door! 

Join Anna on Saturday morning 9-9.45am in for the best start to your Saturday – stretch and breathe and begin to get the body moving.  You are guaranteed to walk away feeling refreshed and ready for another great day of music.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a mat or a towel if you have one. Blankets for relaxation optional, hangovers welcome too!
